Crème Brûlée

Step 1: Remove foil seal. Step 2: Sprinkle the entire sugar topping packet evenly over the crème brûlée.

TORCH (Best Results):

• Hold the torch flame 2 to 3 cm above the sugar and move it continuously.
• Heat until the sugar melts and turns golden brown.
• Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
• CAUTION: The glass container will be hot.

OVEN (Broil):

• Set oven to broil and place rack at the highest level; allow to preheat 5–10 minutes.
• Place the crème brûlée on a baking sheet.
• Broil for 45 to 60 seconds until sugar turns golden brown.
• Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
• CAUTION: The glass container will be hot.

QUICK METHOD: Enjoy as is — no caramelizing required.
